Luca Fregoso

Developer Programs & Content Lead — Italy · working remote with international teams

I design technical programs people trust.

From European conference agendas to enterprise solutions, I turn hundreds of inputs, competing priorities and half-formed ideas into clear programs that actually ship.

I've written production code and sold it — in web agencies first, then running my own — before moving to programs. Engineers, sales teams and speakers get the same straight answer from me.

Work

I am the glue between tech, business and community. Code, sales rooms, conference stages and classrooms — same job every time: getting worlds that don't speak the same language to ship one thing together.

Turning sales promises into shipped software

I sit between clients, sales and engineering — I find the real ask, test the promises against reality, and scope a plan engineering can commit to.

Smart Second Brain: Building an Intuitive Tool for Personal Organisation

In the information age, managing a constant stream of data is hard — and not everyone has the mindset to follow rigid schemes.
